The album has 7 Dansco pages each one holding and displaying all Innovation Dollars minted or scheduled until 2024 including proof-only issues. The United States Innovation Dollar is a series of dollar coins issued by the United States Mint to commemorate American innovation and innovators. The series was authorized by the American Innovation $1 Coin Act, which was signed into law on July 20, 2018. Each coin in the series features a design representing a different state or territory and a significant innovation, innovator, or group of innovators from that state or territory. The first coin in the series was released in 2018, featuring the design of the Statue of Liberty in New York harbor with a gear-shaped privy mark representing innovation. Since then, four coins have been released each year, with designs representing states such as Delaware, New Jersey, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and more. The United States Innovation Dollar is intended to inspire and celebrate American innovation and ingenuity, and each coin is a tribute to the remarkable achievements of individuals and groups who have made significant contributions to our society. The coins have a pure copper inner core and an outer layer made of 77% copper, 12% zinc, 7% manganese and 4% nickel. They measure 26.5 mm in diameter and each weighs 8.1 grams. Dansco Coin Albums have their pages attached with metal screws, making it easy to add and replace.
